Two days are enough for the highlights. Day one belongs to the old town and City Hall, day two to the museum island of Djurgården. All timings are guidelines.
Day 1 – Old town and City Hall
From Stortorget via the Royal Palace and Stockholm Cathedral (Storkyrkan) to Stockholm City Hall, with an evening view from Fjällgatan.
Day 2 – Djurgården
The second day is all about the museum island: the Vasa Museum, Nordiska Museet, Skansen and, to finish, Gröna Lund.
